THE ART OF LIVING

THE ART OF LIVING

The Art of Living comes with experience. In the world of advancement and scope for change, the art of living still lies in making life simple. The simplicity of living tends to change the perspective of one’s thought process and making their life in turn easier.

Life is by nature tough, complex, and challenging. We make it more complicated by thinking and working in complexity. According to my experience of life throughout these 15 years is that the art of living lies in simple thinking and simple working.

I believe in 4A’s to sail through in life:

  1. It’s about letting things go.
  2. It’s about not overthinking.
  3. It’s about forgiving.
  4. It’s about learning.

Moreover, it is about stopping to make assumptions and questioning things that tend to steal one’s peace of mind.

When it comes to lifestyle and dressing one’s self, I feel it is always about wearing and wearing not to show it to others.

One should care and not pretend to care. One should have but not desperate to have it.

FOCUSING ON 3 MANTRAS:

1. Eating Quality and not Quantity: Practice including all types of proteins and nutrients in your meals. Might not be possible always but trying is better than not giving it a try at all. Moreover, what you take in is what you give out.

2. Consuming Quality Content: We all are surrounded by social media platforms, where a totally different piece of content is posted every minute. Hence, what needs to be paid attention to is to wisely choose the content we consume. Sometimes, empty scrolling or watching videos aimlessly leads to loss of thought and focus.

3. Quality Sleep: Getting enough sleep is essential for helping a person maintain optimal health and well-being. When it comes to their health, sleep is as vital as regular exercise and eating a balanced diet.

It helps in increasing:

  • concentration
  • productivity
  • cognition

Ways of sleeping better include:

i.Keeping away all electronic gadgets including cell phones, tablets, laptops, iPads, and so on.

ii. Taking a shower before sleeping to relax the body.

        iii. Avoiding intake of caffeine.
